  • Are reservations necessary?
    Yes, the tour sells out. The driver will not allow passengers on the bus without a reservation, and the bus will not stop at a pick-up location unless it is on the schedule.
  • How do I buy tickets?
    Book online or call us at (786) 212-4836. After booking, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing your receipt and itinerary.
  • Can I pay in cash on the bus?
    Cash is not accepted. You must purchase tickets in advance with a credit or debit card. Many of our tours are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot.
  • Is it necessary to print my receipt?
    No, a printed receipt is not required. The driver will have your name and be expecting you.
  • What if I don't receive the email confirmation with my receipt?
    If you don't see the email confirmation in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. You should also try performing a search in your email account for the phrase: Sensation Tours. If you still can't find the email, contact us and we will resend the confirmation.
  • What is Included in the Price?
    We provide fair quotes that include fuel surcharge, airport/seaport fees and road tolls. The only fee not included is gratuity to the driver which is normally 15% to 20% as is customary in any industry.
  • Is Meet & Greet service available?
    Yes, we offered it as additional service. to add it to your reservation choose "Yes" in the option enable to this.
  • When to book?
    It can be booked up to 24 hours before, depends on availability. It is recommended to book as soon as possible to secure your transfers.
  • Can i pay in cash the day of the Service?
    Yes, payments in cash can be arranged by using a credit card to confirm the reservation in advance. Please send an email with the details of your transfer and write that you will pay in cash the day of the service.
  • ¿How long in advance i have to make a reservation?
    Reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to service day. Many tours and routes are popular and sell out early. By booking in advance, you are guaranteed a spot on the one you want.
  • ¿How can I edit my booking?
    For tours you can do it directly on the website. For Airport/Seaport transportation contact us with your name.
  • ¿Can i get a refund?
    Check our terms & conditions to see if you are elegible.
  • ¿What payment Methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and PayPal which is a requirement when booking a reservation.
  • ¿Can I pay in cash?
    Payments in cash can be arranged by using a credit card to confirm the reservation in advance.
  • ¿How can I find my driver?
    Our drivers will always contact you at the phone number that you provided during your reservation. If you don’t have that same cell phone number with you or if your phone is not turned on, the driver will not be able to find you.
  • ¿What is included in the price?

    No, this is an additional service with a cost of $45. You can request it by phone at (786) 212-4836 or by email at infoventas@sensationtours.com.
  • ¿What type of vehicle do i have to look for?
    Mercedes Benz Sprinter. You can identify them with the Logo of Sensation Tours on it.
  • ¿What happens if I can not contact my driver the day of the service?
    Please call us directly to +1(786)212-4836.
  • ¿What happens if my flight is delayed?
    Sensation Tours is not responsible for delayed flights, immigration delays, or other non-airline related factors. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to arrive at the departure location 15-20 minutes before the scheduled time. If the passenger misses the service, they will forfeit the ticket and no refund or compensation will be provided.
  • ¿How many pieces of luggage can I take?
    Passengers can check in 2 pieces of luggage weighing up to 50 lbs. each at no extra fee, along with one small carry-on.
  • ¿Can I take a car seat or a stroller?
    Of course! You are allowed 1 of each in addition to the 2 pieces included on your ticket.
  • ¿How early should I arrive before boarding?
    You should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time.
  • ¿How can I contact Sensation Tours?
    You can simply contact us where our customer service will be happy to help you with whatever you need!
  • ¿What happens after I fill out the form and purcharsed my ticket?
    You will recived a confirmation e-mail with the instructions of your pick up. If you don't received please contact us.
  • If i purchased a tour, ¿Will you pick me up at my hotel?"
    We offer a courtesy pick-up and drop-off service in Downtown, Brickell Area, Miami Beach, and some hotels in Doral. When making your reservation, please verify if your hotel is on the list. Click on it to see the pick-up times for each hotel. Alternatively, we can meet at the Holiday Inn Downtown located at 340 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami FL 33132. Please wait outside 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • ¿It is necessary to print my receipt?
    It is not necessary, the driver will have a list with the name of the all passengers.
